At Magic Castle, we aim to empower the first-learning experience of children. We strive to ensure quality learning foundation thus preparing the child to be school-ready, confidently. The Nursery will develop a best-practice-model, where the individuality and uniqueness of every child will be celebrated.

Magic Castle Nursery believes that parents’ involvement plays an important role in its success. The nursery believes that it is our responsibility to minimize their apprehensions & concerns by providing them the best childcare service. We strive to strengthen their trust in people who cater to the needs of their children in their absence.
Self-evaluation & Improvement Planning
Self-evaluation is an essential process of organizational development. Its key purpose is to allow an organization to make informed judgments about what is effective for the organization and what are the weak areas that need to be addressed. Therefore, it is considered as the heart of continuous improvement.
Magic Castle Nursery will conduct regular self-evaluations to examine the childcare practice of the nursery at the end of each year. By adopting the model of self-evaluation, Magic Castle Nursery plans to ensure effective performance of the system. Since evaluation is a frequent process, the nursery will conduct unstructured and informal evaluation on a frequent basis. However, a team will be designated to conduct the systematic evaluation of the system where all aspects of childcare services will be scrutinized to ensure the successful implementation of childcare and development in the community.
Health and Safety
Various safety measures like CCTV, Fire Extinguishers, First Aid Kits etc., have been adopted to ensure the safety of children while they are with us. In addition to the safety protocols as suggested by the Government Authorities, we double-up kids’ safety through personal care and attention, both at the Nursery and in the bus.
